architecture meet and as a multidisciplinary enterprise, we are in a unique

When we start the physical construction process, it is always the result of

evaluation of possible contractors. This also includes the management of

Phenomenal Archi-tact’s is a progressive South African company, established to service the architectural, construction and interior design markets throughout South Africa as well as neighbouring countries.We are a 100% black-owned company that was initially established to provide architectural, corporate interior and construction development, but since our successful launch within the Built Environment Industry, we have grown to become one of the most effective PDI consultation operations within Southern Africa. By addressing the diverse requirements of a large variety of clientele, key services include basic cost estimation for economic residential developments, conduction of a series of sophisticated feasibility and viability studies, Para-legal contract documentation, cost reporting and valuation during construction.
